Enjoy our Earth’s Choice Creamed Coconut in this delicious omega and fiber rich treat. As a whole-plant based butter alternative, this dish is as healthy as it gets.
- 1/4 cup hempseeds
- 1 pitted Medjool date
- 1 Tbsp Earth’s Choice Creamed Coconut
- 2 Tbsp coconut water
- 1 Tbsp vanilla bean powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 Tbsp cacao nibs (optional)
Place all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Serve with fresh fruit.
