Post-Workout Protein Choco Coco Smoothie

Enjoy this energy boosting post-workout drink made with Earth’s Choice Organic Creamed Coconut which is loaded with fibre and medium-chain tryglycerides found in virgin coconut oil that increase energy expenditure and burn more fat.

  • 2 pitted organic Medjool dates
  • 1 Tbsp organic raw cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp organic hemp hearts
  • 1 frozen organic banana or 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla bean powder
  • Pinch of organic cinnamon
  • 300mL filtered water
  • 50g Earth’s Choice Creamed Coconut

Place all ingredients into a Vitamix or food processor and process, starting low to high until smoothie comes together.
