Leafy greens are one of the most important vegetables to be included in your diet and this recipe is so easy, it will make getting them on your plate a guarantee! This is a great side dish or even a small salad to get excellent nutrients into your diet.
In a large skillet, heat oil on medium-low then add garlic.
Sauté for 1 minute then add greens, stirring to wilt them and allow the water to evaporate. While greens are still bright after cooking off most of the water, add the nutritional yeast and vinegar and stir to incorporate.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
