Creamed coconut can be used in the same way as coconut milk. Chocolate Coconut Dream Smoothie

  • 300mL filtered water
  • 50g packet of EC organic creamed coconut (place packet in mug of hot water to soften before use)
  • 2 frozen organic bananas
  • 2  Tbsp organic cacao powder
  • 2 organic Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp organic maca


  • Place a 50g EC Organic Creamed Coconut packet in mug of hot water to soften before use)
  • Add filtered water to blender or Vitamix
  • Open packet and squeeze out coconut into water
  • Add frozen bananas and other dry ingredients (Ensure bananas are placed in Vitamix last to avoid creamed coconut from freezing)
  • Blend on high for 30-45 seconds
  • Enjoy possibly the best smoothie ever!
